RELEASE

      I understand that to participate in a Bushboy Adventures trip, I must be 18 years of age or older and in good physical health. I further understand that I must be able to swim in order to participate in a Bushboy Adventures paddling trip.

     I further understand and agree that it is my responsibility to ensure that I have adequate medical coverage, disability insurance, or any other necessary insurance.

     I further understand that Bushboy Adventures or Bushboy's parent company Wild Women Expeditions Inc. shall not be responsible for any delay, loss, injury, damage, accident, illness, or death howsoever caused and without limiting the general liability of the foregoing, any delay, loss, injury, damage, accident, illness, or death occasioned through acts of default or negligence on the part of any director, employee, representative, agent, or assign acting on behalf of Bushboy Adventures or Wild Women Expeditions Inc.

     I further understand and agree to refrain from the use of any intoxicants while on a Bushboy Adventures' wilderness adventure and understand that my failure to abide by this agreement will result in the termination of services.

     I hereby release and forever discharge Bushboy Adventures or Wild Women Expeditions Inc., its directors, agents, representatives, employees and assigns from any and all claims, howsoever arising, which may be sustained by me in connection with my participation in this programme, and I declare this release binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigned.
