WWE Application, Payment and Cancellation Policies:

Your WWE application form (below) can be sent to us online or by regular mail. A non-refundable deposit per person by credit card of $100CDN for trips priced under $500, $175 CDN for WWE trips priced over $500 but under $800, $275 for trips priced over $800 but under $1500, $475 for trips priced over $1500 OR $895 for trips over $4000 (Nahanni) must accompany/follow an online application form in order to complete your application. The WWE Registration Co-ordinator will contact you within 48 hours, regarding your completed application. Please be advised that in addition to considerations of availability, due to the nature of adventure travel, WWE’s Registration Co-ordinator may also consider your suitability in terms of the physical demands or the remoteness of a particular WWE trip. We reserve the right to not accept any applicant based on previous experience, skill level, health conditions, or other considerations that we find relevant to the selection process.

RISK FREE 5 DAY POLICY: Once WWE confirms your space on a trip, we will hold your reservation for 5 days after acceptance during which time you can make various arrangements without fear of losing your deposit: in other words, you have 5 days upon acceptance to: check into flights; make child/granny/pet care arrangements; or confirm vacation time without losing your spot! If your logistics aren’t working out, or you get cold feet, you can cancel (or transfer among other available WWE events) without forfeiting or penalty to your initial deposit.

For all regularly scheduled WWE trips the remainder of your trip fee is due 60 days prior to your event. Your final payment is due 60 days before the trip start. At that time, the balance shall be automatically debited from your credit card.

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation Policy: 

If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the trip start date, you forfeit your deposit only. If you cancel 30-60 days prior to the trip, we will refund you 50% of the trip balance (not including deposit). If you cancel within 30 days of the event, you forfeit the full payment.

Trip fees may be transferred from one person to another woman or girl if it is determined by WWE that the other person is in the proper physical condition to participate in the trip activity and meets the requirements of the application process.

Wild Women Expeditions Inc. reserves the right to cancel any event, or a part of an event, due to an inadequate number of participants or conditions, which in our opinion, would compromise the safety of participants. In either of these circumstances, applicants would be refunded in proportion to the part of the excursion canceled. In such cases, we will attempt to accommodate you on another trip with similar dates. Should we have to cancel your booking, a full refund will be made.

Health Insurance

We strongly encourage you to get insurance coverage for your trip. Our registration fee can be fully refunded for health reasons only IF you have purchased cancellation insurance at the time of registration.
